After one year's continuous prayer, God has given us very suitable place for Church. It is situated 2.5Km. far from present church. It is located in height and see very nice scenery of Kathmandu city. It is not square type but front site little bit wide and backside is slightly narrowing. Length 17m and breadth 15m. (in Nepali calculation 6 aana and 2 daam 0-6-0-2). (For 1 aana - Rs. 640,000 = KW 9160000 (man won)

It's very reasonable price. We got at cheaper than before. Now these days bank and financial company donot give any financial support to real estate. That landowner also facing the difficult situation almost in bankruptcy. Last Monday, the land was measured by government officer and they sketched the figure according to measurement. They gave us a new trace of land's map. We have to wait few days for landowner certificate because it takes time around one week. Because it is new residential area. When government officer checks basic necessities which they promised to provide, after then they will give certificate to us. Everything is already finished. While we got it, we will send you by scanning. I never imagine in the dream also that we need house or bank deposit for future. When sending money from there, we continuously searched land but it seemed almost impossible. At that time, we were surprised that we are really in our homeland. We were very unaware about situation, living standard. Mom, thanks a lot for giving us courage and patient otherwise many times we were so nervous. many brokers directly rejected to show any place. They said that we never buy land just wasting their time only. Our relatives also showed reluctance to help us. Finally He had the best plan for us. When He showed us that land, God wiped out all our tiredness immediately.
It had hilly area before, but it is made plane for new accommodation. That place is managed for 100 houses. many new houses and apart are going to build. All of them are newcomers. So it's very good opportunity to share good news. Mom, almost seven members of our church asked baptism, I shared this news to Yoon gonsanim. If Samwee Church's Senior Pastor and leaders come this time, we will wait until your coming. Mom, we couldnot receive any message from you, so we made plan to baptize them on coming Saturday 28th of this month. Because one couple they asked permission to get marriage within this month. considering their problem also, we compelled to fix the date also. As you performed many marriage ceremony to others. It will be first here. We aretrying to follow your footstep.
Mom, how much you drop tears in prayer for shaping us being real christian. So we are proud to be. Because I saw many theological students with whom don't have any hope and support. But Mom, how much you have been supporting us which gives us more confidence in His ministry. Thank you letting us believe that we can do freely whatever we want to do in God's ministry. You never put any boundary and bondage and any limitations. Please Mom, pray for this ministry that we can reach in every houses and people near by here and all over the Nepal.
1년동안 꾸준한 기도로 하나님게서는 교회장소를 주셨습니다. 지금 교회에서 2.5km 떨어진 곳에 위치한 카투만두에서 경치가 아주 아름답고 지세가 조금 높은 곳으로서 사각형 모양이 아니라 앞부분은 좀 넓지만 뒤부분은 좀 좁습니다. 길이는 17m이고 넓이는 15m입니다. (네팔 계산법으로 6aana 2 daam입니다.)(1aana-Rs. 640,000=KW 9,160,000 원)

이것은 비교적 합리적인 가격으로서 전에 봤던 것보다 저렴합니다. 요즘 은행이나 금융회사들은 부동산에 어떠한 지지도 하지 않습니다. 이 땅주인도 어려운 상황에 처하여 거의 파산에 이르게 되었습니다. 지난 월요일, 정부관리들이 측량하고 도면을 그렸습니다. 그들은 그 새로운 땅의 지도를 우리에게 주었는데 그 땅이 새로운 주거지역이기 때문에 토지소유자 인증서가 1주일 정도 걸리기에 며칠 더 기다려야 합니다. 정부에서 기초적인 필요를 확인하고 공급하겠다고 약속하였습니다. 그 후에 토지인증서를 우리에게 줄 것입니다. 모든 것이 이미 마무리되었습니다. 그것을 받으면 스캔하여 보내드리겠습니다. 우리는 우리가 집이 필요하거나 미래를 위해 돈을 저금하는 것은 꿈에도 상상하지 못했습니다. 돈을 보내온 때부터 우리는 계속 땅을 찾았지만 거의 불가능해보였습니다. 그 때 우리가 놀란것이 있습니다. 우리가 고향에 살고 있지만 이런 상황을 전혀 모르고 살았습니다.마마, 우리에게 용기를 주시고 인내하여 주심에 감사드립니다. 우리는 자주 많이 초조해하였습니다. 많은 브로커들은 땅을 보여주기를 거절하였는데, 그들은 우리가 땅을 구입하지 않기에 자신들의 시간만 낭비할거라고 하고 우리 친척 또한 우리 도우려고 하지 않았습니다. 마지막에 하나님은 우리에게 가장 좋은 계획을 가지고 계셨습니다. 그 땅을 우리에게 보여주셨을 때 하나님께서는 바로 우리의 모든 피로를 제거하여 주셨습니다.
앞에는 작은 언덕이 있는데 새로운 편의를 위해 평평하게 만들것입니다. 그 장소는 100세대정도 관리하므로 새로운 건물과 부문들을 건축할 것입니다. 그들 모두는 새로운 입주자들입니다. 그러므로 복음을 나누기에 아주 좋은 기회입니다. 마마, 우리교회의 7명 멘버 모두가 세례받기 원합니다. 저는 이것을 윤권사님한테 말씀드렸습니다. 만일 삼위교회 담임목사님과 리더들이 오시게 되면 그 때까지 기다릴 것입니다. 근데 아무 소식도 없어서 다음 토요일인 28일에 세례를 주려고 계획하였습니다. 그 중 한 커플은 이번달안에 결혼식을 요청했습니다. 이 문제를 고려하여 그 날짜를 정할 수 밖에 없었습니다. 마마께서 다른 사람의 결혼식을 해준것같이 이는 이곳에서 첫 번째가 될것입니다. 우리는 당신의 발자취를 따라가려고 합니다.
마마, 우리로 참된 그리스도인이 되게 하려고 얼마나 많은 눈물을 흘렸습니까? 그래서 우리는 자랑스럽니다. 내가 본 많은 신학생들은 아무 희망이 없고 후원도 없습니다. 그러나 마마는 얼마나 많이 우리를 후원하고 우리에게 그분의 사역안에서 믿음을 주셨습니까! 무엇이든 주안에서 우리가 자유롭게 할 수 있도록 믿어주신 것을 감사합니다. 마마는 우리에게 어떠한 구속이나 제한을 주지 않았지요. 마마, 계속해서 우리의 사역을 위해 기도해주셔서 우리가 이 부근의 모든 가정들을 방문할수 있도록 계속해서 기도해주시기를 부탁드립니다.
