I am really sorry for delayed to inform you about the news from Nepal.
The greatest hindu festival is coming at hand. Now theses days, land's rate is growing up because many people who are in foreign land coming back for celebrating that festival. Many Nepalese donot put money in Bank. First, bank will give very little interest. Second, banks are suffering liquidity ratio problem and don't have enough cash balance. Many banks used money in real estate events, but couldnot sell these lands and houses. Due to this reason, 3-4 bank is closed. Last time, we fixed one land to buy and went to bank to withdraw money, they hesitated to give that big amount. They asked us a written reason to withdraw that amount. We gave them the right reason to buy property for starting orphanage home, after then, we made agreement with bank for withdraw money in any time when we need. I didnot go bank for confirmation, because I fully believe that we are doing God's work, nothing can give us any trouble. I just used to withdraw money using ATM Card. After then, I learned great lesson that I have to check balance frequently. I will try to inform you as soon as possible when we receive offering here.
In beginning time, they informed us about arrival of money after two-three days. But this time, I received mail from Sister Park Jung Hwa on 28th August and asked bank, they replied that money has not reached yet. Yesterday, evening time, they sent message, your money is finally reached and come to bank on Sunday for confirmation. As soon as possible, we want to buy land for church. Because we will move present running church near by that place where we will buy land. For buying land where we starting this church, price is very high and we don't want to use all amount to buy land only. If we move new place, we will start from zero level again. It must be far from this present place. So we want to use our all strength and mind for ministry where it will be permanent. We want to use money to share God's love with orphan children. We don't need nice building for church and orphan home. Church may be that place where all Nepalese may meet Jesus and get reply of all their's questions and problems. Mom, what we seek is that we want to be doorkeeper of the Lord's temple and remain in the house of the Lord forever. It's our prayer.
We are experiencing in our daily life that the privileges we are getting is from the Lord Jesus Christ. He is our everything. How many times do we have opportunities like you mom to show Nepalese people who are around us through our words, our answers, our actions that Jesus Christ is everything to us. It is possible by your and Holy Nation's prayer and love. Thanks Mom and all Holy Nations' family, you are there and supporting us to establish God's kingdom in Nepal together.
We love you so much Mom and convey our best regards to all family members of Holy Nations. I could notice that although Sueseok Jibsanim was in the midst of financial crisis, how she sent money for Nepal. What a heart she has that is really from God. She knows and experiences who God is! We are really happy that we are family of Holy Nations where we could see many miracles and learned who really God is. Just we can say her - Thank you Suseok Chhikwa Jibsanim, loving sister! We always pray with our Living Father that may her loving hand be an amazing instrument to show God's love to all nations and people. "Loving Jibsanim! Our God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus." – Phil 4:19. God is faithful and He does what He promises. Our God is living God who overcame whole world. Jibsanim, we are your brother and sister. We received too much love and encouragement through you when we were in Korea. I have life long gift which you gave me that is my only one Jaws. Every meal time, I am compelled to remember you. You taught us great lesson about faith and submit all things to God even in great tribulation time. It has given us new encouragement. 네팔에는 지금 힌두교의 큰 축제가 다가오고 있습니다. 그리하여 요즘 외국에서 살던 사람들이 명절을 축하하려고 돌아오고 있기에 땅값이 올라가고 있습니다. 네팔사람들은 돈을 은행에 저금하지 않는데 그 첫 번째 이유는 은행이자가 아주 적고 두 번째는 은행유동자금비율문제와 현금보유량이 충분하지 않기 때문입니다. 많은 은행은 부동산에 돈을 사용하였는데 그런 땅과 건물을 팔지 못하고 있습니다. 이런 이유 때문에 3-4개 은행은 문을 닫았습니다. 지난번에 우리가 봐둔 땅을 사려고 은행에 가서 돈을 인출하려고 했을 때 은행은 그리 큰 돈을 지불하는 것을 망설였습니다. 은행은 우리에게 돈을 인출하는 이유를 서면으로 적어달라고 하여 우리는 고아원을 하기 위하여 땅을 구입해야 하는 이유를 은행에 제출했습니다. 그 후 우리는 은행으로부터 우리가 원할 때 언제든지 돈을 인출할 수 있는 승인을 받았습니다. 저는 은행으로 확인하러 가지 않았습니다. 저는 우리가 하나님의 일을 하고 있기에 우리에게 아무 문제도 없을것이라고 확신했었습니다. 저는 늘 ATM 카드로 돈을 인출하곤 했습니다. 그러나 그 후 저는 때때로 잔액을 체크해야 함을 깨달았습니다. 저는 여기서 헌금을 받으면 가능한 바로 소식을 전하려고 하였습니다.
처음에는 은행에서 돈이 도착한후 2-3일후에 우리에게 통지하였습니다. 그러나 지금 박정화누나로부터 8월 28일에 메일을 받고 은행에 문의했더니 돈이 아직 오지 않았다고 대답했습니다. 어제 저녁에 돈이 도착했으니 이번 토요일에 확인하러 오라고 메시지를 받았습니다. 우리는 최대한 빨리 교회땅을 사려고 합니다. 우리가 이사가려고 하는 땅은 현재 우리가 운영하는 교회 근처입니다. 이제 땅을 사서 우리 교회를 시작하려고 하는데 가격이 아주 높기에 우리가 가지고 있는 돈 전부를 땅 사는데만 사용하지 않으려고 합니다. 그러면 우리가 새로운 장소에 옮겨간후 다시 바닥으로로부터 시작해야 합니다. 그것은 현재 자리에서 멀어지게 될 것입니다. 영원히 있을 사역을 위하여 우리는 힘과 마음을 다하고자 합니다. 우리는 하나님의 사랑을 고아들에게 나누데 돈을 사용하려고 합니다. 우리는 교회나 고아원을 위하여 좋은 건물이 필요하지 않습니다. 교회는 모든 네팔사람들이 예수님을 만나고 그들의 문제들에 대한 응답을 받는 장소가 되어야 할 것입니다. 마마, 우리가 구하는 것은 주님의 성전에서 문지기가 되는 것이고 주님의 집에 영원히 머무는 것입니다. 이것이 또한 우리의 기도입니다.
우리는 매일의 삶에서 주 예수 그리스도로부터 얻는 특권을 경험하고 있습니다. 주님은 우리의 모든 것입니다. 얼마나 많이 마마처럼 우리의 말과 우리의 응답, 우리의 행동을 통하여 예수 그리스도가 우리의 모든 것이라는 것을 보여주었는지요. 이것은 우리 홀리네이션스 기도와 사랑으로 가능합니다. 마마, 그리고 홀리네이션스 식구들에게 감사합니다. 마마가 거기에서 우리를 후원하여 네팔에서 하나님의 나라를 함께 이루어가고 있습니다.

우리는 항상 집사님의 사랑의 손길이 모든 민족과 사람들에게 하나님의 사랑을 보여주는 놀라운 도구가 되기를 살아계신 하나님아버지께 기도합니다. “사랑하는 집사님! 나의 하나님이 그리스도 예수 안에서 영광 가운데 그 풍성한 대로 너희 모든 쓸 것을 채우시리라”(빌4:19) 하나님은 신실하시고 약속한 것을 지키시는 분이십니다. 우리의 하나님은 살아계신 하나님이고 그는 온 세상을 이기신 분이십니다. 집사님, 우리는 집사님의 형제요 자매입니다. 우리가 한국에 있을 때 집사님으로부터 큰 사랑을 받았고 집사님을 통하여 격려를 받았습니다. 식사때마다 저는 집사님을 기억하지 않을수 없습니다. 집사님은 믿음에 대하여, 심지어 큰 고난의 시간에도 하나님께 전적으로 순종하는 것에 대하여 큰 가르침을 주었습니다. 그것은 우리에게 새로운 격려를 주었습니다. 우리 네팔의 임마누엘 가족은 네팔사람들의 인사를 집사님과 가족들에게 드립니다. 우리는 항상 집사님과 집사님의 가족을 위하여 기도합니다. 집사님을 사랑하고 집사님이 보고싶습니다.
